The sensitive thickness detection system can realize automatic material thickness identification function. Besides, the thickness detection system will automatically adjust presser foot alternation according to sewing thickness, which provide the machine with superior sewing capacity and grade capacity to satisfy sewing requirements of container bags over 3 tons.
It has automatic speed reduction function for manual backtracking. For manual backtracking, the maximum speed will be automatically reduced to speed ranges set in advance. The humanized design complies with effective cultivation requirements for new employees: the sewing speed can be reduced to some extent manually for new employees and it can be adjusted higher for skilled employees.
